The aims of this website are:

• To enable public access to the work of the Board, and in particular to a body of jurisprudence relating to New Zealand immigration law, and specifically to Government residence policy
  
  
  
• To respect the confidential personal, family and commercial information relating to each appellant before the Residence Review Board by publishing decisions in a depersonalised form
