Welcome to the Residence Review Board
As an independent judicial body established under the Immigration Act 1987, the Residence Review Board hears appeals on the papers by unsuccessful applicants for New Zealand residence visas or residence permits.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In accordance with the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, from 4 May 2009 appeals to the Residence Review Board can only be lodged by the appellant themselves, a licensed immigration adviser or a person who is exempt from licensing requirements.
