What if I decide to withdraw my appeal?
Under section 18C(7) of the Immigration Act, you may withdraw your appeal at any stage. Please write and tell the Residence Review Board that you wish to withdraw in a letter and sign the letter. The decision about whether to refund the appeal fee is discretionary.

Do I receive a refund of my fee if my appeal is successful?
No.
